We are seeking a salaried GP to replace a retiring colleague.
- 5-8 sessions per week
- Contribution to indemnity
- 6 weeks annual leave and one week study leave per year (pro-rata)
- we are keen for a talented candidate who might be newly qualified or more experienced to join our large team with the opportunity to develop special interests to help us deliver high quality primary care.
Information about the practice
-Ballymoney is an enlarging, friendly market town surrounded by countryside but only 15 minutes from the beaches of the north coast and with good road and rail links to Belfast and beyond.
- We have recently taken over a neighbouring practice making us probably the largest practice in Northern Ireland with 18500 patients.
- We are a highly organised practice working in a large, recently extended trust run health centre using INPS vision software.
- We are a big team with 14 GPs, 5 practice nurses, trust run treatment room, full Multidisciplinary team of pharmacy, physiotherapy, social work and mental health practitioners.
- We are a teaching practice with post graduate trainees and undergraduate students.
- We offer a full range of enhanced services and there will be ample opportunity to develop interests and skills in minor surgery, MSK and sexual health.
- We provide intermediate and palliative care to inpatients in the on-site Robinson Memorial Hospital
